Volunteering

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
– Margaret Mead, American Anthropologist

The generous people who share their time, enthusiasm and talents volunteering for the Lung Cancer Foundation (BJALCF) are the “thoughtful, committed citizens” who change our world.

Whether you are interested in providing administrative, program or event support, volunteering once, for a limited time or in an on-going way, we encourage you to get involved.

Volunteer opportunities are diverse, fun and rewarding: help with check-in at one of our 5Ks; hold a fundraiser in honor of someone with Lung Cancer; become an ambassador in our One in a Million Campaign; be a LUNCANSWER phone friend; enlist corporate teams to participate in a jog; etc.

Every volunteer makes a difference in helping the work of the BJALCF and supporting people affected by Lung Cancer! To get involved, contact: jhughes@lungcancerfoundation.org
